We unearthed what made them different and where they could win - customer-focus. The market leaders had ended up with a commoditised product, wheras Total Processing had a relentless obsession with its customers.
We created a brand narrative that centred on Total Processing becoming the most customer-focused payments business in the world. We brought this to life through a corporate communications programme that saw them win countless awards and be ranked by The Sunday Times as one of the fastest-growing technology businesses in the UK.
In November 2023 Total Processing was acquired by European payment platform NomuPay for an undisclosed sum. When the deal closed, Nomupay CEO Peter Burridge said: “What impressed me the most was the team’s mission and drive to become the ‘most customer focused payments business in the world."
