AppLearn is a Manchester-based digital adoption platform (DAP) software specialist. Founded in 2011, it grew rapidly from a two-man team to an international business trusted by brands such as Cushman & Wakefield and Electrolux.
We started working with the senior leadership team in 2018. The business had ambitious growth plans - it had recently secured a multimillion pound investment from US private equity house K1 - and required support to scale. It involved a complete brand refresh, a hardworking website primed for lead generation, and a compelling corporate narrative to position it for future investment.
The rebrand was about evolution, not revolution, with
a simpler, more grown-up look and feel that was cutting-edge for a high-growth international SaaS business. A new website was built around conversion, with even a 1% increase in conversion rate from the previous site meaning a significant uplift in leads.
As the business grew - developing its product-led offer, securing further investment, completing strategic global acquisitions and growing its team - we ensured a steady drumbeat of corporate news positioned AppLearn in the publications that mattered, presented as a valuable, rapidly growing tech business with the ambition and ability to scale.
In January 2024, the business was acquired by US firm Nexthink for an undisclosed sum.
