Content: Junior Account Executive (Summer Intake)

As an account executive in our content team, you will be working with a team of really talented people. You might be drafting content for a range of platforms and audiences as well as planning and executing media campaigns. You will challenge the ordinary by building a narrative that positions your clients as leaders. You will liaise with the media and plan events.

As we are an employee-owned business, you will also part-own the business you work for.

If this sounds interesting and you like to be constantly challenged then this might be the opportunity for you. And we want to give you the opportunity to be the best version of yourself that you can be. Through our industry-leading high-performing teams development programme, we’ll give you the skills and expertise to make it happen.

Every new starter, whether at graduate or director level, comes into the MC2 Academy. The MC2 Academy process enables us to understand your current competencies, knowledge and technical skills and then helps us work together to discover your particular areas of expertise and to work on areas of improvement so that you feel confident and comfortable in your new role.

Once you’ve graduated from the Academy you will be introduced to your own high-performing teams development dashboard which is created for each individual in the agency. We will take time together to understand your strengths, and then how you will personally contribute to the success of the business. Your personal training and development programme will be delivered through the MC2 University of Life.

Our benefits programme has been specifically designed to help in different areas of your life from pension advice to health and well-being. Some of the benefits include:

• Free gym membership
• Flexible working
• Healthcare cash plan
• Weekly wellbeing hour
• Regular socials
• Well-being and resilience

If you join MC2 you become part of something that is more than just a business. If you join MC2 you challenge the ordinary.

“I would say that a really good way to sum up the team is that they are very together. It’s one of our values, and we really do live by it.” Natalie, head of content, who joined our MC2 Experience Day in 2016.
