Content: graduate account executive (summer 2024 intake)

As an account executive in our content team, you will be working with some of the most talented people in the industry. You’ll be drafting content for a range of platforms and audiences as well as planning and executing media campaigns. You will challenge the ordinary by building a narrative that positions your clients as leaders, and will liaise with the media and plan events.

As we are an employee-owned business, you will also own part of the business you work for.

If you’re looking for a role where no two days are the same, this might be the opportunity for you. And we want to give you the chance to be the best version of yourself that you can be. We have a strategic and industry-leading development programme, giving you the skills and expertise to develop your skills at your own pace.

Every new starter, whether at graduate or director level, joins the MC2 Academy. This process enables us to understand your current competencies, knowledge and technical skills. It helps us work together to discover your areas of expertise and where we can help you improve so that you feel confident and comfortable in your new role.

Once you’ve graduated from the Academy you will be introduced to your own High-performing Teams development dashboard which is created for everyone in the agency. We will take time together to understand your strengths, and how you can personally make an impact, and bring success to the business. Your personal training and development programme will be delivered through the MC2’s University of Life – a series of modules that run throughout the year.

Our benefits programme has been specifically designed to help in different areas of your life from pension advice to health and well-being. Some of the benefits include:

  • Free gym membership
  • Healthcare cash plan
  • Group income protection and life cover
  • Weekly active hour
  • Regular socials
  • Enhanced pensions
  • Well-being and resilience programme

Life at MC2 is more than joining a business. Here, we exist to challenge the ordinary.
