Why you want to be an MC2 graduate…
Do you want to immerse yourself in communications, strategy and brands? Do you have brilliant ideas and light bulb moments?
MC2 is a problem solving, creative powerhouse and strategic thinking agency; our office is based in the heart of Manchester with fantastic clients, supportive colleagues – and Ruby the labradoodle!
As an agency we want you to be motivated and brilliant within the working environment, which is why you will be interacting with clients, contributing creative ideas and building journalist relationships right from the start.
We also understand that working life isn’t always easy so we are committed to rewarding you for your hard work with beer, wine and nibbles every Friday, early bird tickets to gigs at the Manchester Arena and Hump Day treats each Wednesday. We hold regular socials throughout the year, including our legendary Christmas party, and you can help yourself to breakfast and fresh fruit every day.
About the role…
As an account executive at MC2, you will be part of an integral team from the very beginning. We will give you challenges that you can really get your teeth into and provide you with ongoing support to ensure you develop within the agency.
With the guidance of your account manager and account director you will be responsible for writing and issuing editorial copy, coming up with innovative ideas for your clients, organising and attending events and press trips, as well as offering vital administrative support to the team.

What Happens Next?
If your initial application is successful we will invite you into the MC2 office for our Graduate Assessment Day, which will take place on Wednesday 29th March 2017 from 10am – 4pm. Here you will pull apart real life briefs with our clients and work in teams to present your own creative ideas to the agency.
Following the Assessment Day potential recruits will be invited back to MC2 to work with one or more of our specialist sector teams for a trial day, and you will have an informal chat with one of our directors.
